Open-source simulator for autonomous driving research

CARLA is an open-source simulator for autonomous driving research developed by Computer Vision Center (CVC) at the Universitat Autonoma de Barcelona.

The software is available on GitHub, the documentation is available on Read the Docs.

Epic Games’s Unreal Engine 4 is used as a game engine.

It currently has integration with Autoware Fundation’s Autoware.AI using ROS bridge for CARLA simulator.
